Compliant with GST requirements
Spiffy Stores is fully compliant with Australia's GST system. You can create your store
and add your products with GST included. There aren't any difficult calculations to do either when
adding your invoices to your accounting program!

Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 30 day obligation free trial on all plans, which allows you to test-drive Spiffy Stores and see if it's right for you. If you don't activate your store, it will simply stop working in 30 days.
Is there a setup fee?
No, we do not charge setup fees on any of our plans.
If I cancel my account within 30 days of signing up, will I be charged any fees?
No, we will not charge you any fees if you cancel within the first 30 days. Your free store will simply stop working in 30 days unless you activate it using your credit card number.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your account at any time from within your Spiffy Store Toolbox.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, you don't need a credit card to sign up, but you will need to activate your store with a credit card if you want to set up email accounts or use your own domain name. Payment for Spiffy Stores is by credit card only. We do not accept payment by any other means.
How do I pay for my Spiffy Store?
Invoices are generated each month on the anniversary of your signup. They are then due 7 days after they have been created. We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Can I change my plan later on?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time in your store's Toolbox with no additional charges.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, you can use your own domain name. If you have not purchased a domain name, you can order one through us at very competitive rates.

How can I check my email?

How often is my store backed up?
Your store database is backed up daily. Store images (including all template customisations) are backed up on a weekly basis.
Do you charge for bandwidth?
No! Unlimited bandwidth is included in all plans. Your success is our success, so we won't penalise you for being popular!
