- How do I log in to my store?
Your store's login page can be found by adding "/admin" to the end of your store's address in your browser. For example, the login page for joesgifts.spiffystores.com can be found at joesgifts.spiffystores.com/admin
Logging in as as simple as entering your email address and the password you set for your login. If you've forgotten your password, simply click on the "Lost your password?" link to reset it.
- I've lost my store password. How do I reset it?
If you've forgotten your password, go to your store's login page which can be found by adding "/admin" to the end of your store's address in your browser. To reset your password, click on the "Lost your password?" link.
On the next screen, enter the email address you usually use to log in to your store, and click "retrieve password". Instructions will then be sent to you to reset your password.
- How do I add a logo to the top of my store's front page?
You can upload your own logo in the "theme editor" section of your store toolbox (it's in the "Design & Assets" Section). All Spiffy Stores themes allow you to upload you own logo for use in your store.
- Google's webmaster tools needs me to verify that I am the site owner, can you explain how to do this?
To verify your site with Google webmaster tools, choose the "Meta tag" verification method, and copy the meta tag that Google provides you with.
Log in to your Spiffy Toolbox, and
go to the "Theme editor" section.
In the theme editor, click on the "Theme.liquid" file to edit it.
Paste the meta tag that Google provided you with immediately after the <HEAD> tag, and then click the save button.
Back in Google's webmaster tools, click the "Verify" button, and your site should verify properly.
- Do I need to install an SSL certificate?
No you don't. All Spiffy Stores use a shared SSL certificate, so your checkout and customer data are safe & secure.
- How do I set up custom shipping rates?
Custom shipping rates can be set up in your Store Toolbox. All shipping rates are weight based, so you just create a shipping rate for your desired weight range in the "Shipping & handling" section of your store preferences. Remember that you also need to set the weight of a product in the product edit screen for your shipping to work.

- How do I edit my menus?
You edit your menus in the "Store menus" section of your Toolbox. Menu items can be added, deleted, and re-ordered however you want. You can also set up multi level menus and drop down menus if your theme supports them. For more information, visit our

- Am I able to use PayPal?
Yes, Spiffy Stores supports PayPal Website Payments Standard, PaypPal Express, PayPal Website Payments Pro and PayPal Payflow Pro.
- What nameservers do I re-delegate my domain name to?
The nameservers for Spiffy Stores are as follows;
- ns0.spiffy.com.au
- ns1.spiffy.com.au
- ns2.spiffy.com.au
If your domain management interface only accepts two nameservers, just use namservers ns0.spiffy.com.au and ns1.spiffy.com.au
- How do I use my domain name with Spiffy Stores?
To use your domain name, you just need to re-delegate your domain name to our nameservers. This can be done in the domain administration area of the company you registered your domain name with. You then add your domain name in the "DNS & domains" section of your Toolbox.
The nameservers for Spiffy Stores are as follows;

- ns1.spiffy.com.au
- ns2.spiffy.com.au
If your domain management interface only accepts two nameservers, just use namservers ns0.spiffy.com.au and ns1.spiffy.com.au

Please note: If you need help re-delegating your domain name, please contact the company that you registered your domain name with... not us! We can't help you with another company's domain administration interface. You can also only use your own domain name if you've activated your store with a valid credit card. You can't do this if you're on a trial plan.
- Can I use my spiffy Store on a sub-domain of my main domain?
Yes you can! To set up your store on a subdomain, you need to be able to edit your domain's DNS records. The best way to find out if you can do this is to contact your domain name registrar, or your web hosting provider. They should be able to tell you how to do this.
Subdomains should be set up as a
CAME record. For example, if you want to host your store at store.mydomain.com, you would add the following CNAME entry to your mydomain.com DNS Zone:
store CNAME yourstore.spiffystores.com.
When you have done this, you simply add add "store.mydomain.com" to your claimed domains in the "DNS & domains" section of your Toolbox. More information on using your own domain name in Spiffy Stores can be found in our
