How to add a link to a page

From Spiffy Stores Knowledge Base

This tutorial shows you how to use HTML to link to a page. If you need to create a link in your menu, please go to How to edit your Store Menus for instructions.

To add a link in the new editor, follow the instructions below.

  1. First get the web address of the page or file you want to link to. You can get this in most browsers by going to the page and copying the address of the page that is shown in the address bar of your browser. Make sure you copy it.
  2. Go to the page in your store's admin where you want to add the link and edit the text
  3. Highlight the text you want as the link and click the link icon in the toolbar
  4. In the popup, paste in your link
  5. Choose whether you want it to open in a new window or the current window
  6. Click save, and then save your page.
