Order notifications

Order notifications, and any Spiffy Stores billing emails are always sent to the Store Owner Email. You choose what the Store Owner Email is in the "Accounts -> Staff Logins" section of your store's Toolbox.

You can also notifications any email address to be notified when an order has been placed. This can be done in the "Accounts -> Notifications" section of your store's Toolbox.

Notifications from your Toolbox, such as emails from enquiries sent from your "Contact Us" form are sent to the "Store Email Address". You set the Store Email Address in the "Preferences -> General settings" section of your store's Toolbox.

The "Store Email Address" is also used as the "Reply to;" address on Order confirmation emails, Shipping confirmation emails and Contact Us response emails. This is so that the recipient can just hit reply to any message that the store has sent out to them.

If you have issues with how this works, you may want to look at the options in your email program for moving emails with specific subjects other folders. For instance, if the Store Owner doesn't wish to receive notifications, you can simply create a rule in most email programs to move those emails to the trash. You can then also subscribe a different email address to receive the notifications in the "Accounts -> Notifications" section of your store's Toolbox.
