Your store's login page can be found by adding "/admin" to the end of your store's address in your browser. For example, the login page for joesgifts.spiffystores.com can be found at joesgifts.spiffystores.com/admin
Logging in as as simple as entering your email address and the password you set for your login. If you've forgotten your password, simply click on the "Lost your password?" link to reset it.

If you've forgotten your password, go to your store's login page which can be found by adding "/admin" to the end of your store's address in your browser. To reset your password, click on the "Lost your password?" link.
On the next screen, enter the email address you usually use to log in to your store, and click "retrieve password". Instructions will then be sent to you to reset your password.

Each theme's demo store has instructions on how to add your logo. To find out what theme you are using, log in to your store and go to the "themes" section. There are sample images of each theme. The one that looks the most like your store is the theme you are using.

To verify your site with Google webmaster tools, choose the "Meta tag" verification method, and copy the meta tag that Google provides you with.
Log in to your Spiffy Toolbox, and go to the "Theme editor" section.
In the theme editor, click on the "Theme.liquid" file to edit it.
Paste the meta tag that Google provided you with immediately after the <HEAD> tag, and then click the save button.

Back in Google's webmaster tools, click the "Verify" button, and your site should verify properly.

No you don't. All Spiffy Stores use a shared SSL certificate, so your checkout and customer data are safe & secure.
Custom shipping rates can be set up in your Store Toolbox. All shipping rates are weight based, so you just create a shipping rate for your desired weight range in the "Shipping & handling" section of your store preferences. Remember that you also need to set the weight of a product in the product edit screen for your shipping to work.

You edit your menus in the "Store menus" section of your Toolbox. Menu items can be added, deleted, and re-ordered however you want. You can also set up multi level menus and drop down menus if your theme supports them. For more information, visit our knowledge base.
Yes, Spiffy Stores supports PayPal Website Payments Standard, PayPal Website Payments Pro and PayPal Payflow Pro.

Yes you can! To set up your store on a subdomain, you need to be able to edit your domain's DNS records. The best way to find out if you can do this is to contact your domain name registrar, or your web hosting provider. They should be able to tell you how to do this.
Subdomains should be set up as a CAME record. For example, if you want to host your store at store.mydomain.com, you would add the following CNAME entry to your mydomain.com DNS Zone:
